When Samsung officially announced the Galaxy S8 Active earlier this year, it did so with the disclaimer that the rugged handset would have an exclusive launch window at AT&T, but that it wouldn’t last long.

So, today, Samsung is keeping up with the other end of that proclamation, confirming that the Galaxy S8 Active will arrive on Sprint and T-Mobile soon. Unfortunately the manufacturer wasn’t quick to reveal launch windows or price points, but T-Mobile had its own announcement to make.

Specifically, the Galaxy S8 Active will launch at T-Mobile’s online store on November 17, and it will arrive in participating retail stores on November 21. It’s priced at $100 down and $30 per month on T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan over 24 months, or $100 down and $29 per month on a JUMP! On Demand 18-month lease. It’ll retail for $820 without any kind of installment plan.

As it stands right now, Sprint hasn’t revealed when the Galaxy S8 Active will launch, or how much it will cost when it does.

Barring the rugged looks, the Galaxy S8 Active has the exact same feature set as the Galaxy S8. This means we are looking at a 5.8-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio display. Inside, the handset features a Snapdragon 835 chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, a microSD card slot, and the usual array of sensors and connectivity options including support for Gigabit LTE. The rear of the device features a 12MP f/1.7 aperture shooter, while the front houses an 8MP selfie shooter with autofocus. The rugged looks and thicker dimensions have also allowed Samsung to include a beefy 4000mAh battery on the S8 Active.
