We even know the device is going to, probably, get announced on June 14. Leading up to that date, OnePlus has decided to launch another big initiative for the upcoming flagship, this time for 30 lucky individuals out there in the world. It’s called “The Lab,” and it’s designed to offer a place for peer reviews of a handset.

OnePlus has confirmed that it will let anyone in the world, in any region, apply to become a reviewer for the OnePlus 3, but that they’ll only choose 30 lucky folks to get the gig. Once they do, they’ll get the OnePlus 3 “before anyone else,” and they’ll have several days to put the device through its paces.

OnePlus will have a place where they’ll be able to post their thoughts and review of the handset, which, the company hopes, will put together a “fair, honest” look at the company’s latest device.

As mentioned above, anyone can apply but OnePlus will only choose 30. At the time of publication, the application process is set to close in 5 days and 22 hours, and 541 people have already applied.
