The Moto X4 recently found its way online ahead of any kind of official announcement, and the Moto Z2 Force has also found its way out of the rumor mill recently, which suggests Motorola is preparing to announce both handsets soon.

So, as Android Central points out, the arrival of invites for a Moto-themed event aren’t too surprising. Motorola has confirmed that it will be hosting a reveal of something on Tuesday, July 25, in New York City on a very colorful electronic invite that also shares the “hellomotoworld” hashtag.

The invite doesn’t give anything away as to what Motorola might unveil, but the safe bet is that we’ll see at least one new smartphone. That could be the flagship Moto Z2 Force, which is believed to be an AT&T exclusive in the United States. Or it could be the Moto X4, a mid-range handset with an aluminum body and dual cameras on the back.

It might even be both.

Motorola also has a slate of new Moto Mods, the accessories that attach directly to some Moto devices, on the horizon, so it’s possible the company has made time to unveil those products later this month, too.
