Samsung knows that pink is a popular color for customers in Taiwan, which would explain why the company continues to launch that particular shade of color in that market.

And now, as reported by SamMobile, customers that want a pink Galaxy Note 8 can get on. Samsung has officially launched a “Star Pink” variant of the Galaxy Note 8 in Taiwan. The back case is pink, as is the metallic edge of the device, and the buttons as well. Unsurprisingly, Samsung also made the S Pen Star Pink, too.

As for the rest of the specs, everything is the same as the standard Galaxy Note 8. There is still the 6.3-inch Infinity Display, as well as the Samsung Exynos 8895 processor powering things along. And, as is par for the course with these types of launches, it appears that Samsung will be keeping the Star Pink Galaxy Note 8 as an exclusive for the Taiwan market. It does not look like the handset will be making its appearance known in other markets, at least for now.

Earlier this year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S8+ in Taiwan with its own pink variant, so seeing the Galaxy Note 8 get the same treatment isn’t too surprising. Especially considering how similar the devices are. Still, any fans of the Galaxy Note phablet lineup that were hoping the manufacturer would launch its newest smartphone in the color shade can be happy with the results.

The Star Pink Galaxy Note 8 is priced at TWD 34,200.
