Google Pixel 3 XL front leak

Google is going to announce new smartphones later this year, successors to the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL from last year. And the rumor mill is working diligently to unveil as much about the handsets as possible.

Following on the latest leaked images of the upcoming Pixel 3 XL, a new report allegedly reveals a production unit of the handset, and confirms plenty of what we’ve heard and seen in the past. That includes the deep notch that’s present at the top of the display, along with the minimized bezels on the sides and bottom of the device. This leak shows the “Clearly White” variant, just as we’ve seen in the past, and confirms that the Pixel 3 XL will boast a single camera design on the back.

The handset will also support wireless charging, a fingerprint reader on the back, and a USB-C port on the bottom. That port will be extra important this year, because this latest report also reveals a brand new element of the future flagship: USB-C Pixel Buds headphones. Google will apparently be including these headphones in the box with the Pixel 3 XL (and likely the Pixel 3).

They have a design that is definitely inspired by the Pixel Buds, but, unlike those headphones, these aren’t wireless. They will connect via USB-C to the phone. The report, unfortunately, doesn’t include any additional information about these wired Pixel Buds, so we don’t know anything about features that Google might be including with these options.

Meanwhile, the images reveal the Pixel 3 XL will have a screen resolution of 1440×2960 and a pixel density of 494. There will be 4GB of RAM and the handset is more than likely running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.

That’s it for now. You can head through the source link and find a quick unboxing video if you’re so inclined.

Are you already planning on making the Pixel 3 XL your next daily driver?
