Android device updates: Verizon readies new software for the Galaxy Note 7, S6, S6 Edge

Minor updates aren’t necessarily minor. Verizon’s Galaxy Note 7, S6 and S6 Edge are all getting a bump that that offer improvements for each device. The Note 7 is getting a critical security update, while the S6 and S6 Edge should see improved Wi-Fi calls. And Sprint is finally sending out Marshmallow to one of its mid-range phones.
