The Android phone that won’t stop permeating the rumor mills might happen after all. EVaks tweeted a list of specifications for Nokia’s rumored Android-powered smartphone.

The Nokia X will feature a 1GHZ dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 4-inch GA display, 512MB of RAM, 4G of internal memory, as well as a microSD expansion slot for more storage, a 1500mAh battery pack, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera.
“Normy,” as its been constantly referred to, will also run a forked version of Android, so it won’t have any of ’s stard suite of Android apps. Instead, it will likely utilize Nokia’s own HERE apps as part of the deal, as well as an app store catered specifically to Nokia’s Android devices.
Nokia, which recently saw its devices services business acquired by Microsoft for a little more than $7 billion, is taking after its competitors in the field to regain some momentum. If giant phones work for Samsung, Nokia figured that it could find some success with the mia 1520. And since low-end smartphones seem to work for Android OEMs in various parts of the world, Nokia is going to try its h at it, too.
