The Samsung Galaxy S5 is finally available in global markets starting today after weeks of waiting and anticipation. The smartphone can be snatched up from over 125 countries simultaneously, so it’s a pretty massive launch for Samsung.

Pricing ranges from $700 to $850 depending on markets, so it’s certainly not going easy on your wallets, especially if you’re getting the device contract free.

Samsung is also launching companion accessories like the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and the Gear Fit along with the new flagship today for $299 and $199 (Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit).

The Galaxy S5 has seen widespread acclaim, although some of its features are still being questioned. But there is no doubt that the smartphone is one of the most highly anticipated devices of the year.

You can check out hands-on videos of the Galaxy S5 and its wide range of features that we’ve covered over the course of the weeks following its launch. If you’re coming from a Galaxy S4, it might be worth your while to check exactly how different this new flagship is compared to its predecessor.
