Samsung has only just recently unveiled the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge, but Verizon wasn’t shy about announcing their own plans to carry the new flagships.

And now the official Verizon News Twitter account has confirmed that pre-orders will be opened for both handsets, as one could have guessed. On Friday, the account tweeted that pre-orders for both handsets will go go live on Wednesday, April 1. Unfortunately, the tweet only contained the pre-order start date, not when the handset would officially launch.

It might be worth noting that the image that the official Twitter account included with the tweet showcased the black and white variants of the handsets, but with so many color options to choose from let’s hope that’s not the only ones that Verizon plans on carrying.
