Later today, Google will be shutting down Inbox for good. And right on time, the Readdle team has released the Android version of Spark, its popular and feature-filled email client for iOS and Mac.
Spark offers a number of features that were a part of Inbox and more. This includes the ability to snooze your emails, schedule them to go out on a future date/time, pin emails to the top of your inbox, Smart Search, and more. It also has a Smart Inbox feature in which the app automatically categorizes your email depending on its content type. This helps in separating noisy emails from the ones that are genuinely important. You will only get notifications for important emails and not for notifications or newsletters.

The app is also highly customizable and allows users to change the swipe actions, customizable UI buttons, and more. Readdle is also working on bringing email templates, delegation, third-party services integration, and quick replies to Spark for Android.
Spark is easily one of the highest-rated email clients for iOS and Mac and its Android debut could not have come at a better time. With Google shutting down Inbox despite Gmail not having all of Inbox features, Spark is going to be the perfect Inbox replacement for many.
