Apple’s ‘Shot on iPhone’ was an advertorial campaign by the Silicon Valley giant, in a bid to market what the camera on the iPhone 6/6s was capable of. Samsung, wanting to prove that the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge cameras with their Dual Pixel technology are much better at capturing videos, has launched their own ‘Captured on Galaxy S7 and S7 edge’ campaign.

The 4K footage uploaded by Samsung has been shot entirely on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, and it looks breathtakingly beautiful.

The video also shows just how impressive the Dual Pixel technology used by Samsung on the Galaxy S7’s camera is. This technology is usually reserved for DLSRs, but Samsung managed to bring it to fit it inside the Galaxy S7’s camera that allows them to focus on objects almost instantly.

Now, it is more than obvious that Samsung used a bunch of professionals to capture such amazing footage because such composition and editing is not something than your average joe can do. Nonetheless, the 4K footage still does a great job of showing the prowess of the 12MP shooter of the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.

If you have used these devices, we would like to hear if you would attest to the video quality.
