Samsung has opted to launch a new series of tablets, and they’re opting to call it the Galaxy Tab A series, starting things off with two new models.

Today, Samsung officially launched the Galaxy Tab A 8 and Galaxy Tab A 9.7 for pre-order, with availability going wide at many retailers, including Best Buy, beginning May 1. The tablets are the same units save for the display sizes, with features similar to one another across the board. Both tablets will feature plenty of software on board right out of the box, including Galaxy Essentials and Galaxy Gifts, along with built-in software from Microsoft, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Microsoft is opting to hand over 100GB of free OneDrive storage, too, for Galaxy Tab A owners for two years.

As far as specs go, both units feature 1024×768 resolutions, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor under the hood, and come in units with either 16GB or 32GB of built-in storage. There’s a microSD card slot, 1.5GB of RAM, and both are running Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. There’s a 5-megapixel camera on the back, and a 2MP front-facing camera. The 8-inch model comes with a battery measured in at 4200mAh, while the 9.7-inch model’s battery comes in at 6000mAh.

The smaller tablet features a price tag of $229.99, while the 9.7-inch variant will run $299.99.
