It looks like OnePlus is not going to leave any stone unturned in changing their image of being slow with software updates. Today, the company has started rolling out yet another OxygenOS OTA update for the OnePlus 3, which while not Android 7.0 Nougat, does bring some sizeable bug fixes to OxygenOS.

OxygenOS 3.2.6 for OnePlus 3 brings improvements like optimised voice call quality in some messaging applications, improved camera quality and Bluetooth performance, optimised touch accuracy, and more. A quick change-log of the update is as follows:

  • Optimized voice call quality of some IM applications.
  • Improved adaptive brightness performance
  • Improved camera quality
    • Fixed occasional green/yellow issue
    • Optimized white balance
    • Improved 1080p video recording
  • Addressed some bluetooth connection problems for vehicles
  • Allows third party application to modify ringtone
  • Optimized battery consumption when scrolling
  • Optimized touch accuracy when playing games
  • Added DozeMode switch in Developer options
  • Added PocketMode switch in Display settings

OnePlus 3 owners are definitely going to appreciate the improved adaptive brightness that this update brings.

As always, the OxygenOS 3.2.6 update for OnePlus 3 is being rolled out in stages so not all OnePlus 3 owners will get it immediately. You should, however, look forward to receiving the update within the next couple of weeks. And if you notice any other changes in OxygenOS 3.2.6, do drop a comment below and let us know!
