Oppo Reno has pulled the wraps from Series 2 in India. The company has launched three devices including Reno 2, 2Z and 2F. It is worth noting that all the three devices come equipped with quad-camera setup and are successors to the Oppo Reno. The new Oppo Reno devices will be sold across Flipkart, Amazon, and Oppo partner stores.
Oppo Reno2 Features and Specifications
Oppo Reno 2 comes equipped with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display and is powered by Snapdragon 730G which is paired to 8GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 256GB of internal storage and an expandable microSD card slot. Imaging options include a quad rear camera setup consisting of 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.7, OIS, 8-megapixel Wide Angle Lens, 13MP Telephoto Lens, and 2MP Mono Lens. Meanwhile, the selfie camera shapes up in the form of a shark fin 16-megapixel sensor that goes up in 0.8s.
The Reno 2 is backed by 4,000mAh battery and supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging. As far as pricing is concerned, the Reno 2 is priced at Rs 37,000 ($518) and will start selling from September 20.
Oppo Reno2 Z Features and Specifications
Oppo Reno2 Z sports a 6.53-inch AMOLED display and is powered by MediaTek Helio P90 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. Internal storage stands at 256GB. The Oppo Reno2 Z borrows quad-camera setup from the Reno 2, however, the device losses out on Optical Image Stabilisation feature. Moreover, the Sharkfin selfie camera is replaced by a traditional pop-up mechanism on the Oppo Reno2 Z.
The Oppo Reno2 Z is up for preorder and will start shipping from September 6. The device is backed by 4,000mAh battery and supports 20W VOOC 3.0 charging. As far as pricing is concerned, the Oppo Reno2 Z retails at Rs 30,000 ($419.)
Oppo Reno2 F Features and Specifications
Oppo Reno2 F borrows the 6.53-inch AMOLED display from Reno 2Z. Under the hood lies a MediaTek P70 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 256GB. Other features like camera and battery remain the same. Oppo is yet to announce Reno 2Z price.
