OnePlus today announced that its handset — the One — will soon be available in 16 new countries in Europe. The handset was already available in other regions of Europe since its initial launch last year.

With this expansion, the OnePlus One will now be available for purchase through invites in all the EU countries. The list of new countries where the One will soon be available include:

  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Estonia
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Poland
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia

The company will be revealing more details about the price and the availability dates of the handset “in the near future.”

The OnePlus One was easily among the most popular and remarkable handset released last year. Despite its controversial invite system, the handset was in high demand mainly because of its combination of high-end internals, CyanogenMod 11 as an OS, and an extremely attractive price of only $349.
