In a bid to lure more iPhone owners, Motorola has released a new Migration tool that easily imports all your data from Apple’s iCloud servers. 

The tool will only be available to Moto X owners who have purchased the device through Motorola’s MotoMaker website. Right now, the tool only transfers your iCloud contacts and calendar entries to your Moto X but skips the photos and music.

This is the first time that any company is offering a tool that directly migrates all your data from Apple’s iCloud server to an Android device. Samsung and HTC have their own software suite for such purposes, but they rely on a local backup of the data and do not pull the information from the cloud itself.
