Yo app

There are a lot of applications out there in the world, and quite a few of them geared towards messaging. There’s one, called Yo, that was released in June that’s very, very simple. And now Motorola is using the app to potentially give out 20 Motorola Moto 360s.

The announcement was made through Motorola Mobility’s Twitter account on August 27, and the contest officially starts on the same day. It runs for only 24 hours, and the rules are pretty simple: Download the Yo app (which you can find through the link at the bottom of this post), and then send a “Yo” to Motorola. Then you wait. If you get a Yo back, then you have a shot at winning one of the Moto 360 wearables.

So, if you get a reply Yo, you’ll get an email to your Gmail account (Gmail is mandatory here), and then you’ll have to be one of the first 20 people to fill out a form. Then you’re eligible to win the Moto 360. (kambioeyewear.com) The official contest rules outline all the details, also through the source link below. What’s noteworthy, is that Motorola is listing the Moto 360 with a retail value of $250, just as we saw from the Best Buy leak not too long ago.

Are you planning on trying out for the Moto 360?
