Karbonn’s Android One offering — the Sparkle V — sports the exact same specs as the Spice Dream Uno, but it comes in a bold red color and is slightly thicker than Spice’s offering.

The Sparkle V will be available only in Red color and sold exclusively through Snapdeal.

Micromax’s Android One handset — the A1 — also sports similar specs as the other Android One handsets. It will be sold exclusively through Amazon for Rs.6399 and will be available in black and white colors.

All the three Android One handsets will get the update to Android L and will come pre-loaded with certain applications like AskMe, Hike, Amazon, Flipkart and more. They all can be, however, completely uninstalled if the user wishes to. They will also come with 25GB of free storage space on Google Drive, and will be sold through brick and mortar stores by Diwali.

Google is also partnering with local operators like AirTel and Reliance to offer 200MB of free 3G downloads to Android One smartphone users from the Play Store and the ability to download OTA updates without incurring any additional data charges. The company will also be bundling 12 months of free subscriptions on Google Play Newsstand.

All the three handsets will go up for sale from today itself.
