LG had unveiled the G Flex late last year, but the handset was made available to only limited regions of the world. That is bound to change soon as the company has announced that it will be bringing its curved smartphone to the United States in the first quarter of this year. 

The G Flex will be making its way to AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile within this quarter itself. Exact availability dates and pricing information have not been revealed by the company though.

The LG G Flex comes with a 6-inch 720p OLED display that is curved from top to bottom. Other specs of the device are similar to the LG G2 including a Snapdragon S800 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP snapper in the back, 32GB of internal memory and a non-removable 3500mAH battery.

Thanks to its curved OLED display, the G Flex can actually bent to a certain degree without breaking or cracking. It also has a self-healing back that automatically repairs the minor scratches sustained on the back of the device.

Don’t expect the G Flex to come for cheap though, since its unsubsidised price outside of the US is roughly around $900.
