LG G Vista for AT&T launching August 22

AT&T LG G Vista

On the last day of July, Verizon and LG officially launched the G Vista, a device with a big display but mid-range specifications sprinkled throughout the rest of it. AT&T wanted in on the action, so they’ve just announced they will be launching the LG-branded smartphone soon.

Officially announced by the Big Blue carrier via their newsroom, the LG G Vista will be landing on AT&T’s network beginning August 22. On that particular date you will be able to buy the device either from a physical retail location, or through AT&T’s online store. (https://elemergente.com/) The AT&T-branded variant of the device has this on offer:

  • A 5.7-inch 720p HD display
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, clocked at 1.2GHz
  • 8MP camera on back, with Laser Auto Focus; 1.3MP camera on the front
  • 8GB of built-in storage (with just over 3GB available to the owner out of the box; microSD card support up to 32GB
  • 1.5GB of RAM
  • Android 4.4.2 KitKat
  • LG’s custom software, and the manufacturer’s KnockCode and KnockOn features
  • 3200mAh battery
  • As far as pricing goes, you can pick up the LG G Vista without a contract for $354.99, or just $49.99 on a new, two-year agreement. If you would rather opt for monthly installment plans, AT&T has you covered with their Next initiative, which will let you pick up the device for $0 down, and 24 monthly payments of $14.80 on Next 18. Or, with Next 12, 20 monthly installments of $17.75.
