LG commences global rollout of its new mid-range handsets

LG today announced the global rollout of its new mid-range smartphones: the Magna, Spirit, Leon and Joy. The handsets will be first making their way to retail stores in South America followed by Europe, Asia, Middle East Africa and North America.

The company, however, did not reveal the pricing of the handsets.

All the four mid-range handsets from LG are powered by a quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, LTE and are running on Android 5.0 Lollipop. They were unveiled by LG just a week before MWC and were showcased by it at the trade show floor.

“Millions of customers around the world today are seeking reasonably-priced devices that don’t sacrifice on looks or features,” said Juno Cho, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “Our newest mid-range smartphones are designed with both new and experienced users in mind all over the world who know a good deal when they see one.”
