BlackBerry’s Android device, the Priv, is a first of it’s kind and yet, not too successful, is now at a $100 discount for fathers day. This might seem amazing, until you realise you are essentially buying your dad a work device and telling him he can now work harder and more efficiently. This discount is currently available in North America, which has traditionally been BlackBerry’s strongest market base.
The slide-out qwerty keyboard and curved screen, BlackBerry Priv, now retails for USD 549 or CAD 749 on the online store — ShopBlackBerry. The company has kept the Priv fresh with updates and the latest Android Marshmallow updates has started rolling out recently for the unlocked version.
