This week’s Extravagant Update dnesday was relatively minor in the gr scheme of things, but that’s what happens when you’re you’re planning a developer’s conference.

updated ay Movies & TV only incrementally by making your ay Store wish list content more visible compared to previous versions. If anything, it’s a ploy to get you to peruse through what you’ve been wanting to watch buy it on the fly.

The app also received a few new feature updates. You can now rewind back 10 seconds in a video by simply swiping your finger across the video image, or drag your finger across the video to engage ecise seeking. There are also more options to customize captions, as well as a more concise navigation menu. Overall, it appears that ay Movies & TV really just received some interface upkeep.

The company also broke out the official Android mail application into its own app in the ay store. It also promises improved security an easier account creation process, but it isn’t Gmail—in fact, it’s devoid of most of the features that Gmail boasts— it’s not even compatible with any other phones or tablets beyond the most recent Nexus devices. Those with ay itions of the HTC One M7 Samsung Galaxy S4 can’t download it, either. In retrospect, we’re not entirely sure why decided to break out the app, but we’ll probably find out soon. always has a reason… sometimes.
