announced Monday its acquisition of eful, an iOS time management app that helps you carve out time in your schedule for new goals tasks. 

For example, if you want to start running three times per week or need to set aside some space for an ongoing project, the app will suggest when you could squeeze such activities in. It also attempts to learn your habits by analyzing your current schedule.
