Samsung Galaxy S7 Pink Gold edition

Jumping on the Rose Pink Gold bandwagon, Samsung today unveiled a ‘Pink Gold’ edition of its latest flagship, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. The new color of the handset will first go on sale in South Korea on April 20, and will then soon be available in selected other markets.

Samsung says that the Pink Gold color was chosen because it is a “natural color that provides a sense of comfort.” That’s not all though; here is how Samsung describes the new color in its press release:

In particular, the refined, skin tone-inspired Pink Gold color scheme is intended to soothe and incorporate a touch of gentleness, radiance and sophistication to the smartphones’ design.

With Apple launching Rose Gold versions of iPad and even its 12-inch MacBook, there is no denying the fact that there is a demand for the color. So, its not surprising to see Samsung go ahead and launch a Pink Gold edition of its latest flagship handsets.
