The Nokia 7 Plus was first unveiled by HMD Global-owned at MWC 2018 this year. The mid-range smartphone launches in India later this month and has already got a lot of people interested in it. However, there’s another phone in India which has a lot of people interested — the Redmi Note 5 Pro. 

There’s a huge price difference between the two phones, but the Redmi Note 5 Pro is known to give tough competition to phones well above its price category. Ultimately, apart from software, the major difference between the two phones is in the camera department. The Nokia 7 Plus sports a pretty impressive dual-camera setup, but then the Redmi Note 5 Pro has managed to surprise everyone with its impressive camera performance this time around. As you can see from the camera comparison above, the Redmi Note 5 Pro manages to give the Nokia 7 Plus a fair run for its money but in the end, the latter is able to capture better photos — particularly in low-light scenes — thanks to its superior camera hardware.
