Less than a day after Google rolled out the Android 4.4.3 update, Motorola has announced that it would be rolling out the latest version of KitKat for all of its devices from this week.

The Android 4.4.3 update will first be available for the T-Mobile variant of Moto X and unlocked variants of the Moto G (including LTE models) and Moto E in the United States and Brazil.

The Android 4.4.3 update for these devices will bring “an improved dialer with a new interface and new colors to enhance consistency and usability, as well as several stability, framework, security fixes, and enhancements to the power profile capabilities.”

Apart from the above, Moto X owners will also enjoy an improved camera image quality with consistent exposure levels, more realistic flash colors and overall improved photos in low light conditions. Moto G and E owners will be getting an enhanced camera app that includes a pause button in the viewfinder while recording videos.

The update will also install Motorola’s Alert app on the Moto X and G, which debuted on the Moto E.

Last year, Motorola had impressed everyone by rolling out the Android 4.4 KitKat update in less than a week after it was announced by Google. It is great to see the company maintaining that same momentum and rolling out Android updates for not just its flagship, but all the devices in its line-up, within hours of the official roll-out from Google.

If you are wondering when the Android 4.4.3 update will land on your Motorola device, head over to Motorola’s software upgrade page to find out.
