Soon after announcing the handset for the international market, Motorola has launched the Moto C Plus in India. The budget oriented handset from the company is among the cheapest Nougat-powered smartphone in the country.

A) No, the backplate and the battery of the Moto C Plus are removable.

A) The Moto C Plus features a dual-SIM card slot and a microSD card slot. This means that you can use 2 SIM cards and a microSD card on the phone at the same time.

Q) Is the display on the Moto C Plus protected by Gorilla Glass?

A) The 5-inch 720p IPS display on the Moto C Plus is not protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass.

Q) Is the Moto C Plus worth its price?

A) Not really. The slow chipset and the lack of basic features like a fingerprint scanner don’t make the Moto C Plus an attractive offering. However, if you are a first-time smartphone user, you can go for the Moto C due to the software experience it offers.

Q) What contents do you get inside the retail box of the Moto C Plus?

A) You get the phone, a 1A charger, a USB cable, SIM ejector tool, and some regulatory papers. No case, earphones, or screen guard is bundled with the phone.

Q) Does the handset support USB OTG?

A) Yes, the Moto C Plus supports USB On-The-Go. This allows you to directly connect pen drives, external hard disks and more using an adapter to the device.
