The LG V40 ThinQ leaks out with three rear cameras

The last time we saw the LG V40 ThinQ, it was leaking out and confirming that the upcoming handset would boast a trio of cameras on its back.

And while nothing is officially official just yet, we’re just about to see whether or not LG is really going to announce a flagship smartphone with three rear cameras. The smartphone manufacturer has just announced that it will be hosting an event on October 3 in New York, and in Seoul, South Korea, on October 4, to announce its newest high-end smartphone, the V40 ThinQ.

The company included a teaser video for the upcoming announcement, and shows three different lenses being used to snap a photo. We can see the standard lens, a wide-angle option, and a telephoto lens as well. Those are the options we have heard about in regards to the upcoming V40 ThinQ, so it definitely sounds like LG is preparing for just that.

Otherwise, the rumor mill has also suggested we’ll see a 6.1-inch display on the V40 ThinQ, and that there will be a pair of cameras on the front — which will be mainly used to facilitate a face unlock feature. Otherwise, not much is known about the V40 ThinQ just yet. But with the announcement so close, we’ll probably start to see a lot more about the handset soon. (https://tjc.org)
