The LG V40 ThinQ leaks out with three rear cameras

Word on the street has been that LG is planning on equipping its next flagship smartphone with five cameras in total, and the most recent leak suggests that will indeed be the case.

The newest images of the upcoming LG V40 ThinQ have been surfaced thanks to MySmartPrice. The publication shows off the front, back, and all sides of the upcoming high-end handset, revealing and confirming plenty of details along the way. That includes the fact that the V40 ThinQ will have a notch at the top of the display, but it will be able to be hidden just like the LG G7 ThinQ.

We can see on the back of the handset there are three cameras aligned in a horizontal fashion. Teh flash is there, too, just on the side, and a fingerprint reader blow the camera setup. If the rumors are true, and it appears they are, then the V40 ThinQ will boast a standard camera sensor, a super wide angle lens option, and a telephoto camera as well.

The front of the handset is not without its share of cameras, too. The leak confirms previous rumors that the handset will boast a pair of front-facing cameras, which will apparently facilitate a 3D face unlock feature.

The leaked images show off the power button, volume rocker, and what appears to be a dedicated button for Google Assistant. The handset will also boast a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port for charging, so those features appear to be checked off.

Well, that’s a pretty good look at the upcoming V40 ThinQ from LG. What do you think?
