Google isn’t afraid of launching apps, and obviously everyone needed an app to help them figure out when they’re friends are able to hang out.

Or, if you just want a different way to let people know when you can hang out with them, Google’s new app called “Who’s Down” will help you do just that. It’s a free app, but you’ll need to be invited to make it start working — at least for now. As far as functionality goes, it’s pretty straightforward: Open the app, slide a toggle and that will let your friends know you’re able to hang out for three hours.

After you switch it on, you’ll have a list of options to select that will help tell your friends what you’d like to do. There is also a list of friends that will show up, so you can see at a glance who’s down to hang out and who isn’t.
