Famed leaker @evleaks is at it again. He has just tweeted a full family photo of the DROID family from Motorola coming to Verizon sometime later this year, which consists of the DROID mini, DROID Ultra and the DROID MAXX.

While the images of the DROID Ultra and DROID MAXX had leaked earlier, this is the first time that the DROID Mini is making an appearance. It was expected that there will be a shift in Motorola’s product strategy after Google’s takeover, but that does not seem to be the case here. Last year, Motorola had released the DROID RAZR HD and the MAXX HD, along with a smaller RAZR M. This year seems no different with the company again releasing three models to cater to different buyers out there.

While the specs of the DROID Ultra and MAXX are not yet known, rumors suggest that they should be on-par with typical second-half 2013 flagship handsets. This means that we should be looking at a 4.7-inch or bigger screen with 1080p resolution, a Snapdragon S800 SoC, LTE, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of on-board memory. The only information available about these upcoming DROID phones is that they will be using a new “ClearPixel” camera, which should help in improving the quality of low-light images.

Motorola is expected to unveil the new Droid family, along with the Moto X sometime later this month.
