If you have a group of Android devices in your family. You’ve probably impatiently waited for Android to implement a digital sharing option.
The family library came to us in July 2016, as detailed in a change to the Play Developer Support documents. All new apps purchased have this feature enabled by default. Still, developers can opt out or make their previous apps compatible. The program appeared to have elements in common with Apple’s family sharing. Previous teardowns indicated that you’ll be able to share music, movies, books, TV shows, and other purchased content. Just as with Apple’s system. It makes sense for Play to enable the same features. However, the changes to the Play Developer Support documents only detail Android apps.Apple’s efforts include integrating with other services like family photo albums or Find My Friends. But didn’t have any similar service for the latter image sharing, which is a separate entity under Photos. One individual will serve as the family manager and manage who gets into the group. You also see streaming TV shows and movies, as rights holders tended to guard these pretty closely. As the internet is forever growing, watching almost everything is more accessible now. All app purchases will go to the credit card of the account holder. The impact on you: This was a needed catch-up feature for Play, as Apple had a more family-friendly sharing mechanism for a while. And now that Chromebooks run Android apps. It’s even more critical for buyers to feel like they can bring their family’s digital content under one roof.
