Amazon nixes its llet app just six months after beta launch

en Amazon llet launched it looked like the retailer was ready to take on llet, offering a new app that would store all your credit cards, loyalty program information, keep a record of Amazon Shop with ints rewards.

But Amazon has reversed course nixed the beta Android app the version for its disastrous Fire one. Your stored payment methods are still available online, which you can of course use to buy things from Amazon.

Amazon emailed llet users this week to let them know it was getting rid of the app. It never left beta during its six-month run.
