NFNow video app launches across mobile, TV boxes

The NFmay be the savviest of the nation’s major sports leagues with technology. It is piloting Microsoft Surface tablets for coaches operates its own television network.

The league launched new NFNow apps for mobile TV dnesday, which include video news broadcasts from the company’s NFNetwork. The apps stream team news, features, game highlights, other custom programming.

ile the apps are free, getting to any of the content requires creating an NFcom account. From there you can choose a favorite team prioritize the types of videos you want to watch.

As is common with new video services, there is a premium level subscription available. The $2 per month NFus provides in-game highlights, kills the very frequent advertisements grants access to much of the NFFilms archive.

At launch, NFNow is available on Android, iOS, ndows one, Kindle Fire devices. It is also available on Xbox One, Roku, Fire TV. Support for Apple TV is said to be coming soon.

If that isn’t enough football for you, the league still runs the NFMobile app, which is focused more on live scores, news articles, fantasy football stats.
