Following the Android O Beta program going live, Google has also gone ahead and released the factory images and OTA files for the second Developer Preview build of Android O for all compatible Nexus and Pixel devices.
The second Developer Preview of Android O comes with some minor new feature enhancements and features including faster boot times and app loading times. The second Developer Preview should also be more stable than the first Developer Preview especially now that the Android O Beta program is also live.

If you don’t want to get into the hassle of flashing the Android O DP2 image manually on your device, you can always enrol for the Android O beta program and get the OTA update delivered to your device.
