T-Mobile is launching a new promotion on its Galaxy S4 and Note 3 that’ll bring the upfront price of the Android devices down to $0. The reduced price kicks off tomorrow and lasts for a limited time. It’s a holiday promotion so it will likely last for the next few weeks. Starting tomorrow, December 11, 2013, the US carrier will sell the Galaxy S4 with $0 down and 24 payments of $25 ($600). The larger Note 3 will be slightly more expensive, costing $0 down with 24 monthly payments of $29.50 ($708). Each of these devices must be activated on T-Mobile’s no-contract Simple Choice plan, which includes unlimited talk, text and Web on the carrier’s 4G LTE network

In the long run, these plans don’t save you much money as you end paying the full retail price of the device through the monthly payments. Nonetheless, they are a viable option during the holidays for cash-strapped customers who can grab a new phone without any upfront expenses. The promotion will be available from T-Mobile.com as well as T-Mobile retail stores.
