The first batch of renders for the upcoming Moto Z4 Play have been revealed.

CompareRaja has a whole host of images to pour over, published this week. We can see the device from different angles. We can see the small teardrop notch at the top of the display, and the small chin on the bottom. Around back we can see a single camera system, the Motorola logo, and continued support for Moto Mods thanks to the connector pins near the bottom of the handset’s rear case.

The report is pretty sparse on the details. We can see that there is a USB-C port for charging, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for good measure. There doesn’t appear to be any specific indicator that a fingerprint sensor is on board, but maybe Motorola’s preparing to launch an in-display fingerprint reader in the Moto Z4 Play.

Otherwise, there isn’t much to go on here! But at least it’s a start. Motorola may have something to announce sooner rather than later. What do you think of the Moto Z4 Play?
