In June it was reported that the Moto X4 would debut later this year, and that it would be available on Google’s Project Fi.

At the time, though, details on the handset were light. The latest report from VentureBeat aims to change that. The report says the handset will feature an aluminum frame, run Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, and that it will have a battery that measures in at 3000mAh.

The handset will also reportedly boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of built-in storage with a microSD card slot, and a 5.2-inch full HD display. There will also be two cameras on the back: a 12-megapixel shooter and an 8MP sensor. The front-facing camera is said to be a 16MP shooter. There will also be a fingerprint sensor on the front of the handset, which will reportedly support some gestures.

The Moto X4 is also said to be IP68-rated for water and dust resistance, and expected to arrive sometime in the fourth quarter of this year. How much it will cost, though, remains a mystery.

What do you think of the rumored specs of the Moto X4?
