Huawei Honor Mulan

Huawei is one of the major players in China and its neighboring regions. With its range of Ascend and Honor smartphones, the company has made inroads in the midrange and high end market segments in a big way. And today we’re coming across a new device from the company leaking out in a press photo.

The smartphone is reportedly known as the ‘Mulan’ internally with no word on the official name as of yet. But the branding on the back tells us that it will be launched under the popular Honor series of devices.

The handset briefly appeared on AnTuTu carrying the model number H60-L02, so it’s not the first time we’re coming across this device. It is believed to be packing a 4.9 inch 1080p display, a 1.3 GHz Huawei Kirin octa core chip, a 13-megapixel camera and a 5.1-megapixel front camera, 3GB of RAM along with Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

The image suggests that the handset has a unique pattern on the back which should be interesting to check out. However, we’ll wait for more confirmation on this particular leak before jumping to conclusions.
