Like every other HTC flagship, the All New One will be introducing a newer iteration of the company’s Sense user interface, version 6 to be exact. However, we don’t have to wait until the new One’s official March 25th announcement to get a look at Sense 6.0, thanks to a video on YouTube showing off the latest version of Sense running on (presumably) the original HTC One.

Sense 6 doesn’t seem to have gone through too many changes when it comes to the interface, but the video does reveal quite a few new features that will be debuting on the All New One. Most noticeable are the Motion Launch gestures, which allow the user to perform different actions while the phone is asleep – examples including double tapping the phone to turn on the screen, picking up the phone and swiping left/right to launch the widget panel/BlinkFeed, and the ability to launch the camera by picking up the phone in landscape orientation and pressing either of the two volume buttons.

The gestures do make for an interesting point on the features list, but they’ll probably be ignored by most users after the first few days of using the device (seriously HTC, would it have killed you to put in a camera button instead of coming up with a complex gesture to quickly launch the camera app?) Other stuff revealed in the video include new themes, the presence of a microSD slot, an HTC Apps app that seems to be the Taiwanese manufacturer’s take on Samsung Apps, and the now-standard HTC features such as Beats Audio (and, of course, BoomSound.)
