With demand for Reliance Jio SIM cards now subsiding and other great issues affecting the public, Reliance has now started free home delivery of Jio SIM cards in select cities of India. To get the Jio SIM card delivered at your doorstep, you must have a valid Aadhar ID card for authentication and eKYC purposes.

Reliance is currently offering free Jio SIM card delivery in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata but only in selected areas of these cities. The steps to get a free Jio SIM card are pretty simple and even allows you to select a delivery date and time as per your convenience. For now, Reliance is only offering free Jio SIM card deliveries to housing complexes and enterprise offices. It is also offering free Jio SIM card delivery to individual houses, though the roll out is currently in beta and only available on an invite-only basis.

Step 1: Depending on whether you are an individual, or want Jio SIM cards delivered to your housing complex or enterprise office in bulk, click on the links mentioned below.

Step 2: Fill the form with your address, city, area, and other details as asked. You will receive an OTP on your phone number for verification purposes.

Step 3: When you press submit, you will get the option to decide on a delivery time and date.

Step 4: A Reliance Jio representative should then contact you within 24-48 hours. Do make sure to keep your Aadhar card ready when the representative arrives at your doorstep for delivering the SIM card. Without an active Aadhar card, the eKYC procedure cannot be completed. The Aadhar card should also be a local one i.e. the card should be of the same state of where you are living right now.

Do note that as per TRAI guidelines, one person can own a maximum of 9 SIM cards under his or her name.

The free preview program from Reliance Jio which entitles a subscriber to free 4G LTE data of 4GB per day, free voice calls and messages lasts till December 31st, so you still have more than a month to enjoy these benefits if you get a Jio SIM card today.
