The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are already pretty expensive smartphones but for some reason, they launched with an even steeper price tag. For example, the smaller Pixel 2 carried a price tag of Rs 61,000 which equates to about $953. Now, if you have been holding back on buying the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL due to their high price tag, you can pick one up at a heavy discount through Flipkart.
The online retailer has heavily discounted the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL for its Big Shopping Days. The discount sees the price of the smaller Pixel 2 drop to only Rs 40,000 from its original price of Rs 61,000 — a discount of over Rs 20,000. This includes a flat discount of Rs 11,001 and you can get an additional Rs 10,000 discount when you purchase the handset through any debit or credit card.
The bigger Pixel 2 XL sees a smaller yet significant discount as well. Flipkart is offering a flat Rs 5,000 discount on the bigger Pixel 2 XL which can be combined with an additional Rs 8,000 discount if you purchase it via a debit/credit card. This brings down the price of the 64GB Pixel 2 XL to only Rs 59,999.
You can also trade-in your existing smartphone against your Pixel 2 purchase and get an additional discount of up to Rs 18,000. Flipkart will also offer an additional discount of Rs 3,000 if you exchange a OnePlus 3 or OnePlus 3T against your Pixel 2 order.
The sale lasts until December 9 so you still have a couple of days to pull the decide and then pull the trigger on the deal. However, it is likely that the stock of the handsets would run out before that so do keep that in mind as well.
The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are easily the best Android smartphones on the market right now, with only their high price tag being a key deterrent for many. At their currently discounted price on Flipkart though, these two phones are simply irresistible.
