For unlocked devices, Samsung is offering flat $200 off on the unlocked variants of Galaxy S9, S9+ and Note 9. This means you can get the Galaxy S9 (64GB) for as low as $519.99. AT&T, T-Mobile, and US Cellular are also offering a $200 discount on the smartphone, with Sprint offering a $300 discount. Verizon, on the other hand, is offering a discount of only $100.
You can even trade in your existing smartphone for a $300 discount.

Amazon
Similar to Samsung, Amazon is offering hefty discounts on the unlocked variant of the Galaxy S9, S9+ and Galaxy Note 9. The devices have been discounted by $200 which means you can pick up the Galaxy S9 and S9+ for as low as $519.99 and $639.99, respectively.
Walmart
Walmart is offering $300 gift card on Galaxy Note 9, S9 and S9+ when bought on either AT&T, Verizon or Sprint device payment plans. However, this offer is for in-store purchase only. The deal goes live on 22 November at 5 p.m.

Best Buy is offering $300 discount on Galaxy S9, S9+ and Note 9. The offer is for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. The deal goes live on 22 November.

Sprint
Sprint is offering a $300 discount on Galaxy Note 9 and up to $372 for Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy S9. You will have to buy the device on installment billing or Sprint Flex Lease to get the discount though.

Verizon
Verizon is offering a $100 discount on the Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ when you switch from your existing smartphone. And if you are willing to jump carriers, you will get $300 off, though you will have to add a new line and trade-in your existing smartphone.

T-Mobile
T-Mobile is running a BOGO offer on the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. You will have to pay $30/month over a period of 24 months for the Galaxy S9 to get the second device for free via monthly bill credits. To upgrade to the Galaxy S9+, you will have to make a downpayment of $120. You will also have to get a new line to be eligible for the discount.

AT&T
AT&T is also running a BOGO offer on the Galaxy S9. Pay $26.34/month on AT&T Next 30 or $32.92/month on AT&T Next 24 and get a second Galaxy S9 free. Just like T-Mobile’s offer, the discount will be applied in the form of monthly bill credits. The same deal is also available on the Galaxy Note 9.
