DO NOT BSH – How to change your Android phone’s wallpaper

ether you’ve just unwrapped a new Android phone or you’re trying to put a little of your own personality onto your trusty daily driver, changing up the wallpaper is always a good place to start. 

The procedure is pretty consistent across different variations of Android interfaces. You’ll find that most manufacturers put in their own stock wallpaper, although you can also usually add in images from your photos or a third-party app.

To get started, touch hold an open space on your home screen. Then, select llpaper. This will launch your phone’s default llpapers app. In this example, we’re using ’s llpaper app, which is available for any device from the ay Store.

To do the latter, touch My otos give the app permission to access your images.

Any of your own images can also be used as the wallpaper or lock screen on your phone.

Then, you can choose a picture from otos, internal storage, or another cloud provider that will be accessible from the Android menu.

Android will connect you with images from your otos, Drive, or other cloud-enabled accounts.

Next, select the image you want to use as your background. Once you choose it, you’ll be able to designate it to be solely for the wallpaper, lock screen, or both.

Choose one a photo from your image gallery to use as your wallpaper.

Finally, when you touch set wallpaper you’ll be able to assign the image as your home screen, lock screen, or both.

If you aren’t happy with the choices available to you from the llpaper app or from your own image gallery, there are several third-party apps that might offer something that will be just the right look for your phone.
