In a move to win new customers, Amazon has announced that it will be offering $5 credit to Android users who download an app or a game (even free) from the company’s Appstore starting from today.
The $5 credit will allow users to purchase games/apps or IAPs from the Amazon Appstore itself. While the Amazon Appstore does not contain as many app listings as the Google Play Store, it still has over 100,000 apps and games to choose from.
Apart from the $5 credit, Amazon will also be offering its customers a paid app for free every day. The company is also offering discounts 50 to 90% on some of the top titles available on its Appstore. Sadly, all the above offers are only valid until December 28th.
The company has already provided the list of apps and games that it will be offering for free or on sale until December 28th, making your life a little easier.
