Google has just released the updated developer preview image of Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013). The updated build contains a lot of visual changes compared to the previous developer preview build, which still had some visual aesthetics from Android 4.4 KitKat.
Besides the visual changes, the updated build contains a lot of new features and subtle little tweaks to aid usability as well.

The initial Setup screen has received a major visual revamp in the latest Developer Preview build.
You can now use NFC to copy over your Google accounts from another Android device.
Notice the IME Keyboard switcher at the bottom right of the navigation bar.
The Settings menu has received a slight visual makeover as well.
The new Welcome screen
Quick Settings have been updated. You can now also pull them down using the two-finger gesture.
You can now access the Google Search bar from the Recents App menu.
The new App Drawer
The updated Developer Preview comes with Multi-user and Guest mode.
Enabling the Battery Saver mode changes the navigation bar and status bar colors to orange.
It is possible to pin apps in Android 5.0 Lollipop.
‘Interruptions’ provide you with granular control over your notifications.
You can have ‘Priority’ notification in Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Google Now has received a Material makeover in Lollipop as well.
Lots of new settings under Developer Options for devs. to play around with.
