Honor, the Huawei sub-brand, officially announced its latest flagship smartphone, the View 20 (or V20) before the end of 2018.

The device was primed for a release in China around the same time, but, Honor has kept to its release schedule and officially announced the handset for the European market this week. The company hosted another unveiling event on Tuesday, revealing the device’s standout features for another crowd ahead of the European launch. Nothing has changed as far as specs or features are concerned, so here’s a quick reminder:

The Honor View 20 features a 6.4-inch LCD display with 1080p HD resolution, and a Kirin 980 processor under the hood. There are two variants, one with 6GB of RAM and the other with 8GB. Buyers will also be able to select between 128GB or 256GB of built-in storage.

The Honor V20 features a hole-punch cutout in the top-left corner of the handset, which houses a 25-megapixel front-facing camera. Meanwhile, around back, there is a 48-megapixel camera. The battery measures in at 4000mAh and supports 22.5W SuperCharge fast charging. There is also a fingerprint reader on the back of the handset.

When it does go on sale in Europe, including in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, it will be available starting at £499 / €569 for the 128GB model. It will also be available in Russia and other markets as well when it starts shipping. No word on a launch in the United States, but one shouldn’t expect that to happen anytime soon.
