The Motorola Moto E was unveiled simultaneously in London and India on May 13th 2014. Targeted at lower income markets, this basic smartphone aimed to break the expectations everyone has when handling a device within its price range, and become one of the most popular first choices for many new smartphone users.
The Moto E sports a 4.3″ qHD display, a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, a microSD slot, and a rear 5MP camera. One of its selling points, aside from the price, is the fact that it runs on near-stock Android 4.4 KitKat and will be receiving the next Android version update for sure.
