Samsung’s 2013 flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4, launched in Japan today. Earlier this week I covered a rumor saying the Japanese operator would be getting a new “Blue Arctic” color variant. Well, it’s official, and below is a video demoing this new hue compared to the black model that we’re already familiar with. Now before you ask, no, I have no clue whether or not other countries will be getting this model. My gut tells me yes, but I can’t give you any dates.
